Process characteristics
Our plants are characterized by two central processes:
1. Pre-treatment: Solid-liquid separation
Here, the digestate, manure, or highly concentrated organic wastewater are separated from the agriculturally usable solids. In contrast to the industry standard, we do not use polymers here.
2. Main treatment and nutrient separation
At the heart of our plant, we use low-pressure technology involving multi-stage reverse osmosis (membrane systems) or nanofiltration to ensure that the purified water obtained in this way reliably and consistently meets the limits required for discharge and that bacteria and viruses are retained.

At the end of the process, there are three end products that can be used directly.
